We know how overwhelming construction can be. Too often, homeowners face vague bids, unexpected change orders, and a lack of clear communication. We started AndHaus to change that, to bring honesty, transparency, and heart into a process that’s historically lacked all three.

    FOUNDER & HEAD CONSTRUCTION ADVISOR

    I’m Ethan, founder and Head Construction Advisor at AndHaus. After more than 15 years in Los Angeles construction, much of it where technology meets building, I know what makes a project succeed and what makes it fall apart. I’ve reviewed thousands of bids and worked alongside hundreds of local contractors. That experience shaped both AndHaus and the network of top-tier builders we work with across Southern California.

    Today, much of our work is helping families rebuild after the fires in Altadena and the Palisades. Rebuilding after a loss is hard enough without also navigating permits, bids, budget, and contractors. We stay on your side through all of it, so you can see what you’re paying for, catch problems early, and keep your project moving.

    Whether you’re rebuilding, renovating, or building new, our goal is the same: take the guesswork and pain out of construction and make transforming your space something you can actually enjoy. Build on time, and on budget.

    After more than ten years in Venice, my wife, our two boys and I have made Long Beach home.

    I keep things running behind the scenes at AndHaus. I manage everything from marketing and the website to internal systems, day-to-day operations, and the many details that keep projects moving forward.

    With a background in marketing and design, I bring a mix of creativity, organization, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed to help AndHaus grow and deliver a great experience for homeowners and contractors.
